- Working with wells on artificial lift to maintain efficiency, checking plungers for wear.
- Basic I&E troubleshooting.
- Daily monitoring of on-site compressors and contacting mechanics with issues.
- Operate company vehicles such as trucks and ATV/UTV’s.

Primarily but not limited to pumping and checking producing and injection wells.
- Checking producing wells and knowing if they are pumping or not.
- Need to be able to set times to make sure wells are pumping to optimize production but not over pumping and causing undo fatigue on well and pumping equipment.
- Need to have basic trouble shooting skills on equipment and electric system.
- Need to be able to gauge tanks and read meters in order to keep production numbers accurate.
- Do morning and weekly report on computer and on paper.
- Change electrical fuses and have to use the proper PPE.
- Monitor water pumps and line pressures on injection system.
- Keep maintenance up on pumping units and water pumps, changing gear oil, greasing pumps and equipment, etc.
- Change belts on pumping units.
- Change motors on pumping units.
- Help contractors change bearings and level pumping units.
- Monitor pipeline and electric right of ways.
- Walking lines jurisdictional and otherwise.
- Testing and draining containments.
- Mowing facilities and well pads.
- Changing injection filters.
- Doing well inspections, these have to be done once a year for WV DEP.
- Follow all safety rules and make sure they have the proper PPE for each task.
- Need to have an understanding of our system and be able to make decisions in case of emergency on shutting valves.
- Doing routine maintenance such as but not limited to packing stuffing boxes and replumbing flow lines.

- Oversee Daily production on the Marcellus and shallow waterfloods.
- Safety-oriented and able to facilitate safety meetings and address field safety issues or concerns.
- Ability to work with and use SCADA.
- Schedule maintenance and oversee maintenance on production equipment, tank batteries, etc.
- Supervise employees and schedule daily work.
- Organize personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to begin production and maintenance projects.
- Review, correct, and code invoices.
- Operate locations, lease roads, and equipment to company standards.
- Supervise well production and facility operations.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, employees, and contractors.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of natural gas and oil operations including not limited to producing wells, injection wells, measurement, compressors, and pipelines.
- Review project and material costs
- Ensure all work is done in a safe and timely manner.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot artificial lift systems.
- On call and able to assist troubleshooting with operators over the phone
- Coordinate and supervise projects with vendors, personnel, equipment, and materials to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of rig reports and work with rig crews on shallow production work.
